招兵
招兵（英語：Military recruitment）是指各國軍隊為了吸引、選拔並收納特定的人員參加軍事訓練和服役而進行的行為。招兵亦可分為徵兵和募兵，兩者間最大的區別在於前者具有強制性，而後者為非強制的職業選擇[1][2][3]。
