2011年MTV歐洲音樂大獎在2011年11月6日於北愛爾蘭貝爾法斯特奧德賽劇院（Odyssey Arena）舉行，主持人為賽琳娜·戈梅茲。[1][2]
2011年9月19日，MTV國際音樂網公布入圍名單。女神卡卡獲得7項提名，凱蒂·佩芮與火星人布魯諾入圍五項，小甜甜布蘭妮、30秒上火星、愛黛兒入圍三項。女神卡卡為當晚最大贏家，共拿下四項大獎。[3][4][5][6] 30秒上火星、火星人布魯諾與小賈斯汀則分別拿下兩項獎項。
賽琳娜·戈梅茲在典禮圖中表示此屆票數達1億5400萬票。[7]
