陈氏娥 (人权活动家)
陈氏娥（越南语：Trần Thị Nga；1977年4月28日—）是一位出生于越南社会主义共和国的女性人权活动家以及持不同政见者[1][2][3]。
早年
她曾经到过中华民国台湾工作，因为恶劣雇主的劳力剥削而逃跑，却发生车祸受重伤，后由定居台湾的越南政治难民出身之阮文雄神父所主持的人权兼劳工团体“越南外劳配偶办公室”帮助下而康复[4]。回到越南后学习阮文雄的作法，而成为关注越南移工在海外权利的人权工作者，并在互联网上公开批判一党专政的越南共产党政权之错误施政[5]。
遇袭
2013年5月，陈氏娥和她的幼子在警方的指示下在午夜被赶出汽车旅馆，他们在雨中睡在人行道上[6]。2014年5月，五名男子用铁棒袭击她而造成她的胳膊和腿骨折[7]。2016年2月，陈氏娥和她的两个儿子被便衣男子泼洒虾酱，她的眼睛受伤了，她的大儿子有过敏反应[8]。
被捕
在2016年越南海产异常死亡事件由台塑河静钢铁工厂所引发的越南中部海洋污染事件，她参与了示威抗议游行，并声援部落客阮玉如琼的反对越南共产党政权官商勾结之行径，2017年1月21日，她在家中被捕，2017年7月25日被越南政府以“进行反国家宣传”罪名判处9年徒刑[9][10]。
流亡
2020年1月10日，陈氏娥提前获释并被驱逐到美国。[11]
