RBL-1
外观
RBL-1(Rat Basophilic Leukemia cells[1])是大鼠嗜碱性粒细胞性白血病细胞系。由于RBL-1细胞对免疫球蛋白E及其FCER1受体的强烈反应,因此被用于研究过敏反应,并且因为它们在组织培养中具有更高的稳定性,因此它们被用于代替肥大细胞[2]。同时,RBL细胞有助于对人类患者进行过敏性研究[3][4]。霉浆菌感染极大地影响了生物测定中细胞介体的释放。由于细菌会在RBL-1细胞的表面上生长,并且无法通过光学显微镜对其进行观察,因此需要进行常规的支原体检测。
