招兵
招兵(英語:Military recruitment)是指各国军队为了吸引、选拔并收纳特定的人员参加军事训练和服役而进行的行为。招兵亦可分为徵兵和募兵,两者间最大的区别在于前者具有强制性,而后者为非强制的职业选择[1][2][3]。
